About Susan
After growing up obese, I lost over 100 lbs. through diet and training. Then after suffering a traumatic breakup, fell into Anorexia. The years that followed included a diagnosis of Osteoporosis, Hypothyroidism, and Depression. At age 40 I began training for my first bodybuilding figure competition, and it changed everything in my life. Even though I was a lifelong athlete, bodybuilding was my key to personal growth. I am excited to help people meet their goals of health and wellness, and plan to be doing so for the rest of my career. I am driven by science, encourage my clients to practice good form and consistency, and to pinpoint the links between emotion and habits. I value honesty and non-judgement in my client relationships, so if you are ready to work for what you want, I am ready to take you there.

Training Areas Served
Great First Session. She was patient, encouraging, and modeled the correct movement/formation when I was unsure. I am REALLY pleased and motivated by her coaching
Great first session! Susan is such a conscientious personal trainer. She communicates well in advance of a training session and spends time getting to know your background and your goals. I had always want to try weight lifting but felt too intimidated at the gym. Having Susan with me made me feel extra supported and better able to navigate the gym and learn about new equipment. I felt that our first session was perfectly tailored to my fitness level, at a pace that both challenged me but could be completed. I was sore for 2 days afterward! And I'm so excited to keep working with Susan.
I’ve been working with Susan since June and I have nothing but good things to say. I really enjoy our sessions and she motivates me without being a drill sergeant. I’ve had really great results in the short amount of time that we’ve worked together. I can see muscle growth and lift more weight now than I thought I ever could. Looking forward to continuing to grow working with her!
