I am a women's personal trainer here in Scottsdale! I specialize in weightless, balance, mobility and strength and conditioning. With a background in boxing as well as triathlon, we have a lot of fun in our sessions, both one-on-one as well as our small groups. My approach to you reading your goals is helping you form new, healthy habits that you will cary with you for the rest of your life. You will maintain the results that make you feel confident and excited to continue to improve. My favorite exercise is boxing! I have been boxing for over 6 years. The sport has completely transformed my life. Not only does it keep me in incredible shape, but also it keeps me mentally sharp!
