Through her degree and four additional accredited certifications, she helps her tribe through educating and empowering women on nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness.
Lisa considers herself as a holistic coach and works with her clients as complete individuals. She believes that in order for clients to get the BEST results, the coach-client relationship must be engaging and encouraging. Her approach is more of a "cheerleader" type and she integrates her behavior change education heavily into her approach when working with her ladies.
