About Brandon

I got into fitness to help people. I have had great experiences helping people understand their own personal barriers and how that has had an impact on their goals. My experience in Behavior Coaching has improved the way I tackle difficult scenarios that clients often find themselves in. When clients push past obstacles, and all of the pieces start to come together, it is a win-win situation for both parties. I love helping people make positive choices when it comes to program design and also helping clients look at health in a positive light.

With modern lifestyles, there is a need more than ever for Corrective Exercise. Muscle imbalances and joint disfunction are more prevalent than ever and movement as a whole is becoming limited. Improving movement and how your body functions as a whole, is achievable through corrective measures. 

I am a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, which is Nutrition and Lifestyle focused on disease prevention. I have also been Vegan for almost 6 years. I have a Specialist certification on Plant-based Nutrition through National Academy of Sports Medicine.

My training philosophy

I believe in creating programs that improve both movement and mobility. Programs are not one-size fits all and care needs to be taken in order to prevent injury.

I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years, 12 of those as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
