My training experience
I started my career my career in Health and Fitness several years ago after battling an eating disorder, I decided to change my addiction in a more positive way, I enjoy exercising, and staying active. I have a lot of experience in the field of fitness and health, I have been training and helping clients for over 10 years, both in health clubs and personal settings, I owned my own gym, and I have been teaching a variety of fitness classes throughout the years. I also worked with ND doctors and nutrition.
