Expect a customized program designed specifically for your goals, needs, limitations, abilities, schedule, and budget. And also expect a smile and good sense of humor. Your workout might be hard but that doesn't mean it can't also be enjoyable.
Exercise and fitness should be an enjoyable part of life. If it isn't it's because you haven't found the mode of exercise you love, yet.

My favorite exercise
If I had to pick one exercise to call my favorite it would probably be the pull up. Why? Just because!

All exercise is good, even the worst exercise is better than none at all.
