My name is Antwan Morrow, and I am a 27-year-old USAF Veteran and currently a full-time student at National University pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. I have lived in various places from Colorado to the United Kingdom. During my 8 years of service, I was a physical training leader for Special Operations Command at RAF Mildenhall. I was in charge of leading 100+ men and women through physical training in preparation for physical training test and deployment. I am certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I have found that fitness has been the engine of my life. It has helped me and others around me in many ways both physical and mental. My philosophy is, that fitness is the first step to the solution of all progression. I say this because a healthy body leads the pathway to a better you. I want to become a valuable asset to your success. Your goals will be my goals, and together we can accomplish them.
My favorite exercise
Leg days are the best days! such a great essential muscle group that indirectly incorporates the whole body. This muscle group burns the most calories and has you feeling excellent after the workout is completed. My favorite leg workouts are Hip thrust, Bulgarian split squats, Squats, and gorilla walks
