I am a multi-talented certified personal trainer with 12 years of training experience. I lead group fitness classes and have 9 years of experience teaching yoga. I am an avid student of various martial arts and am passionate about strength training and performance enhancement. My interests in acrobatics and martial arts gives me a unique approach to my practice and clients.
I aspire to continually expand my knowledge and experience so I can help clients from all walks of life to live their best lives. I seek to relentlessly pursue the best version of myself every day for the remainder of my days and to help others do the same.
