Whats Up Guys! My name is Javante, I am a former multi-sport athlete but I pursued football in college and pro. I have taken all of my experience and continued education to be able to deliver the best fitness programs. I have a range of types of workouts, but I promote strength training for my clients because of the long-term benefits. Also I promote the importance of nutrition aligned with a training program. My favorite client story
I STILL work with a client (we will call him Rockstar client) that used to be severely under weight, did not have much energy, did not enjoy working out, and his lifestyle choices were not healthy to lead a heathy life. Prior to coming to me, this client being severely under weight, was attending hiit classes and did not eat adequately (most people don't), amongst other things but I will focus on the big two. Unfortunately, due to being underweight, appearance that came with it and having no energy he had some every day self-confidence issues. We connected, BUILT a plan that worked for him, educated him on proper nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Today that same client put on 30+ lbs since we started working together. Even with the weight gain he is the leanest he has ever been, significantly stronger and feels better physically and mentally than he ever has before. Most important, Rockstar client is confident, full of energy, LOVES to train, leads a healthy life and is a ball of energy everyday it is time to work. His success has even translated into other areas of his life, such as his career. It REQUIRES more effort and consistency to get somewhere new - and this client invested, was adherent, and trusted the process and is not done yet! No matter what your goal, there is a plan that works for you.
