My favorite client story
We have an amazing 90 year old client. In the last couple of years she has had an extreme hard time walking. With exercise that help strengthen her legs, core as well as stretching she is able to stand up and move again with a BIG smile on her face.
My favorite exercise
Always a favorite is the good old squat. The squat is truly a functional daily movement that not only strengthens your legs, glutes and hamstrings, but focuses on the core stability muscles. What is also nice about the squat is that there are so many variations that can be implemented. Let us teach you how.
