It is my vision to create a program that will not only help you improve your health, also give you the tools to have a FIT LIFE. I believe that it is the combination of nutrition, fitness and personal development that creates a symbiotic routine. I have not only been personal training and helping people improve the quality of their lives but I too have conquered my own struggles with auto immune disorder, weight loss and stress.
My favorite client story
My client Nicole had gained weight after being wheelchair bound for months from an accident. Not only where we able to find workouts to fit her hectic schedule, find ways to unload her stressful days but finally ended up doing a 5k together. She in turn made fitness a family affair and has never looked back.

I personally love to mix it up. I do a lot of HIIT training in combination with yoga to keep myself and my clients long, lean and limber.

My training philosophy
Connecting with clients on a personal level is key. It’s important for them to understand why they want to attain their goals and that together we can make them achievable. Starting with functional movement to create a foundation will keep injury at bay and ensure results through quality of movement. My training experience
I became a trainer after my own journey with an autoimmune disease, weight gain, and stress. I was able to go from a sick size 13 to a strong, pain free size 4. For several years I worked in corporate fitness as a Master trainer and Fitness Manager and lead a team of 15 trainers in West Hollywood to help as many people as often as possible. I decided to take my career to the next level as a private coach with the ability to reach more people regardless of their location and membership.

Laura’s fitness knowledge is wide ranging. She has trained me for bodybuilding as well as Obstacle Course (Spartan, Gladiator) competitions. She also provided nutrition coaching. I needed guidance for meal prep and supplements. Lastly she’s a great motivator. I looked forward to our sessions.

Laura is an outstanding and compassionate trainer. I've been training under her after being referred by my doctor to try a personal trainer verses physical therapy. In the 5 years I have ran in Spartan Races, Epic races and I can walk through an airport gate to gate with no problems. I even lost 30 lbs along the way. She also introduced me to clean eating which in the past I would have thought impossible. I will continue my journey with her.
