I have completed multiple big endurance races, such as Leadville 100 MTB, Breck 100 and Breck Epic, as well as multiple 70.3 Ironman. I became a personal trainer do to the fact I wanted to start to use my degree in Athletic Training and apply it to individuals I work with. I have a wealth of knowledge on how to prepare for all events and enjoy guiding clients to get to there goals. I work with all age groups and enjoy watching my clients success in running there first 5k or completing a full Ironman. I take great pride in work with each client to set up specific goals by week and by month. I

Working with a 65 year old women, in 1 year I got her off of all medications and she is doing sprint triathlons and 10k's.
