Hi every one. I am passionate about fitness and it is my pleasure to design fitness programs that deliver results to reach your fitness goals. I like to be very creative and challenging, using H.I.I.T. (high intensity intervals training), body weight, core and balance exercises throughout my fun and exiting programs. My style of training focuses on performance and muscle functionality to maximize endurance, strength and the shape of your body to the next level. I believe we all want and can be happier, healthier and stronger than the day before. I believe in the fact that we as a social beings need someone who motivate us to our limits, then we will know we can go further and reach whatever we want and I KNOW I WILL MOTIVATE YOU TO REACH YOUR GOAL. My favorite client story
All my clients are unique and their stories are fascinating and important in my book. Nevertheless I would like to share with you the success of one of my clients. She was overweight since her teenagers, when we start training together she had a obesity level that she was unable to walk not even from the parking lot to the mall today after a few months of training she has lost 35 lbs. she has a new vibe for life and she is training to run her first 5k race. She not only loose weight and improved her health but she also find a new passion in life, and I am very happy to be a small part in her success. And by the way she looks amazing... So let's do it!!!!

My favorite exercise is the majestic SQUAT is a simple exercise, yet complex when modified, and compound when combined with other exercises. the many variations and degrees of difficulty make the squat a real gem in the world of exercises. l LOVE IT
