I started training in 2008 to help people who want to increase their energy level, increase their strength, improve their appearance, upgrade the quality of their lives and increase the odds of a healthier life as they age. I want to help you reach your fitness goals and teach you how to get there along the way so you can maintain a quality lifestyle into your later years. I will also counsel you on your personal nutrition as well as give you exercises you can do on your days where you are not training with me.

Who I Especially Like Working With
Pete is a great trainer. He's very detailed and really gets to know what you should work on and how to do it. The way we connected I felt like I already knew the guy even tho we just met, he's a very cool dude and you can tell he's got a lot of experience. He's also very professional. Its a very comfortable workout yet you can definitely feel it no doubt. If you want some good affects and are looking for a personal trainer you wouldn't be wasting your money here.
Pete has been so great! On Mondays, he brings his equipment and does a Bootcamp class in our offices. He makes sure that everyone is comfortable doing the workout. If anyone has restrictions, he helps with modifications. Now that it's warming up outside, we've been able to take the workouts outside and it has been GREAT! We LOVE our Monday Bootcamps!! I would highly recommend Gym Rats to any company looking to better their employees wellness and overall happiness..
Pete is an amazing trainer and literally changed my son's life. I hired Pete to do a private training session with my teenage son. I wanted him to introduce my son to working out and to all the equipment so he could safely work out on his own. Not only did Pete show my son correct form and how to use all the gym equipment, he went above and beyond and met my son at my son's gym (where Pete was also a member) and offered to work out with him. He did this purely out of the goodness of his heart. My son also plays baseball and Pete gave him tips and suggestions for exercises that would help him with his pitching and hitting. Unfortunately for us, Pete made the decision to relocate to Southern California and my son lost his workout partner. The amazing thing is that Pete's support motivated my son so much that he has now made the choice to keep working out on his own. He has lost 17 lbs, is stronger than ever and his pitching and hitting have improved greatly. I cannot say enough good things about Pete. He is not only a wonderful trainer, knowledgeable and totally professional, he is also an incredibly kind person, who has an tremendous passion for what he does. You cannot go wrong hiring Pete as your trainer.
Pete is a phenomenal trainer. He is not only a great technical trainer but a great motivator. MacCorkle Insurance where I work brings Pete for a company work out once a week. We have had other trainers come in the past and after some period of time the class size drops off. Pete is so personable and motivating that his classes have had no drop off. Pete also does a great job of tailoring the workout to individual people in the class so everyone gets a great work out. He keeps the classes fresh with new exercises and movements. I am a long term Crossfiter and I find that Pete's class is one of my highlights of the week. I get not only a great work out but have fun in the process. Be good to yourself and take a class with Pete the Gym Rat!
Pete was referred to us by one of our coworkers. He has been teaching a boot camp class in our office on Fridays for a few months now and it has been great! His workouts are challenging and makes us sweat. I am noticing a difference in how I feel and the way my clothes fit. I would highly recommend Pete as a trainer.
