Hello dear trainees! I started my fitness journey in 2016 after a career in college basketball (NCAA). After changing my lifestyle from an athlete to an active working woman and being an inspiration for my community on IG (follow "rosemotivates" on IG to discover more about me, see my workouts, client achievements, etc...), I became an ACE certified personal trainer to validate my expertise and I have been coaching ever since.
#AthleteMentality - Former college basketball player, I couldn't stop working out. I've been addicted to fitness in my daily life, and I've always been very consistent in my training routines. I am extremely competitive, I will challenge you to push over your limits, fears are you ready?

#Planner - I have a bachelor's degree in project management and I use the same methods in my life to plan my fitness lifestyle. I would be happy to share these methods with my clients.
I coach because my passion is to see people become healthier and more confident in their own skin. I love working with any type of client even though I particularly like to work with women and kids, teenagers of all ages.
My favorite exercise
I like to teach my clients HIIT workouts (High-intensity interval training), as it is a type of training that offers variety and is always intense. I find it great to mix and match lots of different sports in one session such as running & weightlifting.

My training experience
I have been a student-athlete for 10 years. I started with basketball at the age of 6 and played professionally. From there, I basketball and fitness part-time for several years. I believe that staying active and fit as well as proper nutrition is essential to a long, healthy life. I focus is on form and posture more than performance. I am are here to strengthen your core, balance, and agility while having fun! Experience in total:
- 2 years of coaching: 22 women reached or got closer to their fitness goal with me
- 1 year of youth coaching: physical education group of 8 kids in total
- 1 years of hosting live 30min workouts on IG every Sunday at 11am
