Brooks is an awesome trainer! I found him online and after my first session, I knew he was the perfect trainer for me. This is my second month working with him and it’s been great. He gives me pointers on eating better, explains the workouts as we are doing them and is very patient and encouraging. I started personal training a bit discouraged and beat myself up a lot and Brooks has kept things in perspective as it relates to working out. Not only do I feel better but my clothes are fitting better, plus I’ve learned a lot. I’d recommend him to anyone.
Coach Brooks is awesome! He is very knowledgeable about weight training, cardio, diet, pain relief, injury/surgery prevention and recovery, bag work, stretching and on and on. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and a long history of surgeries and Coach knows how to address all that. My son is 13 and works out twice weekly and loves it! Coach has kept us challenged, interested, healthier and happier for 2 years. We love Coach Brooks!
My wife and I have been training with Brooks since June of 2021. I had not worked out with any consistency other than cycling in 25 years. Brooks was able to slowly build me up and get me back into shape. We have moved our workouts from twice a week to three times a week and I'm in the best shape I have been since my early twenties. Brooks makes the workouts interesting by changing up our routines and introducing new exercises including boxing. Additionally, my wife and I both have extremely busy work schedules. Brooks comes to our house for our hour long workouts and is flexible with his schedule if something comes up with work.
Brooks Barron is my trainer. He makes working out fun. He’s always changing up my workout so it’s not the same boring workout. He knows how to target certain areas and is very knowledgeable in nutrition as well. He is outstanding, and I highly recommend him.
Best trainer out there! Love training with Brooks! His training technique and motivation is helping me change my lifestyle for the better!
