I became a Personal Trainer to help people be healthy and to help them reach their goals in any way I can. I usually do sessions lasting 30 minutes to an hour. Your goal will become my goals, I will work with you every step of the way. My sessions will start with warm ups, then the main work out then I will have you do stretches. If you have any questions with any work out i will explain them. I am more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I have 5 years of military experience.
