About Matthew
I became a Personal Trainer to help people be healthy and to help them reach their goals in any way I can. I usually do sessions lasting 30 minutes to an hour. Your goal will become my goals, I will work with you every step of the way. My sessions will start with warm ups, then the main work out then I will have you do stretches. If you have any questions with any work out i will explain them. I am more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I have 5 years of military experience.

When ever things don't work your way, when ever things don't change for the better, when you want to stop because you're sore, DON'T. Things will never get better if you give up.
