I’ve been certified through NASM since 2018. I also hold a nutrition specialization along with my cpr certificate. I work with clients from ages 16-75, injured and injury free as well healthy and on the road to better health. When I was younger I was very active and played sports. After I had kids my body changed. I started lifting weights in 2010. I did the cookie cutter workouts and eventually injured my rotator cuff while boxing because I had been training wrong. I became a trainer so I can help others reach their goals while avoiding injuries. Not every workout is designed for every body and their current level of fitness. I like to incorporate variety into my workouts to keep it interesting. Strength training is the main thing I prescribe my workouts around. I always consider my clients current level of fitness along with any previous injuries while designing their program. The first session is mainly for me to assess your current level of fitness but it will be a workout. I will also measure your weight and body fat percentage so we can track our progress over time.

My training experience
I’ve been training with weights since 2008. I have my own injuries that I had to learn to train around and implement safe workouts for. I have hands on experience with training injuries. Transforming bodies is my main objective. Slow and steady wins the race. (It takes time and builds habits)
