I've been training for 10 years now and worked in most big boxes. I generally love fitness, taking care of my health, and helping people achieve their goals!
I do assessments for clients first, so risk factors for clients are something I do need to know about. I've evaluated strength and conditioning techniques, 300 hours of A& P, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Nutrition. 200 hours of hands-on training clients with injuries, overweight and sport-specific. Reviewed needs analysis and proper fitness assessment. Designed specific goals for potential clients’ needs, including weight loss, weight gain, strength and sport-specific, elderly, and special needs, along with desired nutritional goals via 24/48 hour food log.
I do have a wife and kids. I moved us North of the Austin, TX area back in October 2021, so this has been a big life change for us.
