Hi, I’m Vic, and I’m here to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with a background as a professional MMA fighter. I’ve spent years training in boxing, kickboxing, and strength training, and I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others reach their goals.
When you train with me, you can expect sessions that are challenging but always tailored to your fitness level and needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, lose weight, or just feel better in your day-to-day life, I’ll create a plan that works for you. I’ve worked with all kinds of clients—from beginners taking their first step into fitness to experienced athletes—and I especially enjoy helping busy professionals who want to make the most of their limited time.
For me, fitness isn’t just about the physical changes (though those are great!); it’s also about the mental resilience and confidence you build along the way. I became a trainer because I’ve seen firsthand how transformative fitness can be, and I want to share that experience with you.

It was great training with Victor. He is very patient and teach you the basics first. I remember my first time ever training any martial arts was with Vic. I didn’t felt pressure but also push to grow in my skill. He can get you in shape through strength conditioning and also boxing and Kick boxing. I will recommend him to anyone.

Where to start with Mr Victor Queen, he's been an amazing Trainer from the beginning, very welcoming to newcomers to the fitness world. He's very understanding about what my fitness needs and goals are and how he can help me get there. If I ever did any workout wrong, he would not only correct me but let me know why. Or if anything felt off for me or if I was struggling with an exercise he would be quick to ask and understand what was wrong and adjust it and help me get to where I needed to be. But most importantly, he's pushed me to go beyond my limits and given me a new drive to reach my full potential! Or he just enjoys torturing me because he knows I'm still better at Chess than him. Lol
I’ve been doing kickboxing plus strength and conditioning with Vic for several years and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Vic is an all around outstanding trainer. Not only did he help me figure out the best workouts that wouldn't trigger my back issues, but he also helped with guiding me on the best types of foods for my auto immune issues. If you are able to get any time in with this guy, I recommend it 100%!
