Hi. My name is Theo. I take a personalized, empathetic approach to training — meeting each client where they are and creating programs that support both progress and comfort. Whether someone is rebuilding strength after an injury, managing ongoing chronic pain, or learning to move without fear, my goal is to help them build trust in their body through movement that feels safe and empowering.
My coaching style focuses on education, body awareness, and steady, sustainable progress. I love helping clients understand the “why” behind what we’re doing — turning exercise into a tool for healing, not punishment. I also believe in creating an encouraging, judgment-free environment where every session feels like a small step forward, no matter how it looks on paper.
The initial consultation includes a 9-Point Movement Assessment to test flexibility and mobility. We'll also talk about your goals and how you would define success working with me. What have you tried in the past, what worked for you and what didn't? The first few paid sessions will then be continued testing based off your needs and goals discussed during the consultation. I ASSESS, I don't GUESS, is my outlook when putting together a program.
Ultimately my goal is to help you live the active life you want to live outside the gym, without fear of pain or injury.
