Hey there! My name is Theo, or you can call me Coach Hamilton.


I take a personalized, empathetic approach to training—meeting you right where you are and building programs that prioritize both real progress and your comfort.


Whether you're rebuilding strength after an injury, navigating chronic pain, or working to move without fear holding you back, my focus is helping you regain trust in your body through movement that feels safe, empowering, and just plain good.


I coach with education, body awareness, and sustainable progress at the core. I love explaining the “why” behind everything we do, so exercise becomes a tool for healing—not punishment.


You'll train in a supportive, completely judgment-free space where every session is a meaningful step forward, no matter what it looks like on paper.


We’ll kick things off with a 9-Point Movement Assessment to check your flexibility and mobility. We’ll talk about your goals, what success means to you, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) for you in the past.


The next few sessions are dedicated to deeper, tailored testing based on everything we discuss. My motto? I assess—I don’t guess.


My ultimate goal is simple: help you live the active life you want outside the gym, free from fear of pain or injury.
