About Deb
My intention is to serve others through health, movement, and nutrition. I'm passionate about teaching others how to embrace their bodies and exceed their own expectations of what they are capable of doing. I've worked with individuals from ages 8 to 80 and especially enjoy strength training, functional training, mobility, balance, and stability training.
Sessions generally consist of a mobility/dynamic stretching-focused warmup followed by a workout programmed to align with an individual's goals.
If you want to get stronger, I can help you.
If you want better conditioning, I can help you.
If you want to be more mobile and develop a stronger core, I can help you.
If you have osteoporosis and want to train to improve your bone density, I can help you.
If you want to develop a more positive relationship with your body, I can definitely help you.
Let's get moving!
My favorite exercise
I love the Turkish Getup -- there's nothing like a full body exercise that emphasizes shoulder stability.
My favorite quote
"Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls." -- Joseph Campbell
