I've been a personal trainer and self-defense instructor for 14 years. I have trained celebs, athletes, and beginners alike. I don't cut food as I believe there's room for any food, and I'm all about finding a balance and what works for YOUR life. I can be as hard on you as you'd like but I like to encourage and use positivity. I use a lot of free weights and martial arts exercises and full body workouts.
