My favorite exercise

For weightlifting it's hip thrust because it's so empowering to lift heavy weights, but cardio wise nothing is better than a solid hike. I always love getting to be in nature and it makes me feel like I'm not even exercising. I look forward to learning what your favorite exercise is!

My training experience

I've worked heavily in teaching clients weightlifting, giving them nutritional guidance, and pushing them beyond where they thought their limits were. It's been a very rewarding experience to see my clients grow.

Kyle has a great deal of knowledge of fitness and a great encouraging attitude that truly makes you can reach your goals and feel comfortable. In the rare occasion if there would ever be a question he can't answer directly, he would point you in the direction to find that information confidently. Kyle goes the extra mile. I've sent comically long texts full of questions and he addressed them all. I've been a healthier person physically and mentally since I started training with Kyle and while not reaching my end goal in fitness as of yet, I've achieved a good amount of them.
