My name is Matthew Gluckman, I've worked full time as a Personal Trainer since 2014. I have worked with a wide range of clients with many different goals. I have a lot of knowledge and experience that includes weight loss, strength training, body composition changes as well as injury rehabilitation and sports specific exercise. I also have a lot of experience coaching people's nutritional habits and making behavior changes.
I am very personable, I'll push you to work, you'll sweat, you might dislike it sometimes but as long as you're enjoying the endeavor and enjoying the results thats all that matters.
