My name is Matthew Gluckman, I've worked full time as a Personal Trainer since 2014. I have worked with a wide range of clients with many different goals. I work best with high achievers, high-end business executives and business owners so I know how to be efficient with the time we get together.
I am very personable and knowledgeable, I'll push you to work, you'll sweat, you might dislike it sometimes but as long as you're enjoying the endeavor and enjoying the results that's all that matters.
I have a lot of knowledge and experience that includes weight loss, strength training, body composition changes as well as injury rehabilitation and sports specific exercise. I also have a lot of experience coaching people's nutritional habits and making behavior changes.
My availability is limited, my mornings are all booked up currently.
