In the world of fitness, I believe that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach. As such, I adopt a holistic and individualistic view of training. Specifically, one that accounts for every single one of my clients’ needs. As a former athlete in various sports, I have experienced many forms of physical fitness. My passion for health and fitness has been lifelong, and this becoming a Personal Trainer has allowed me to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. While I am always updating my training methodologies with the newest research, I always take a well-rounded approach to fitness that includes mobility, strength, and cardiovascular training. I currently specialize in muscle gain, fat loss, powerlifting, athlete conditioning, and boxing.
