My favorite client story
I worked with a woman who was a 45-year-old elementary school teacher who originally came to me with goals to just be "more fit". She had Type I Diabetes her entire life and had never worked out in a gym before, although she was very petite. Over the course of a year, I trained her twice per week while providing customized nutrition coaching and she gained 10 lbs of muscle and lost 10 lbs of fat, so we re-comped her body perfectly! She was so strong that she was doing 5 pullups in a row by herself and everyone at the gym would compliment her and compliment me for what I was able to help her accomplish. She even said working out consistently helped her re-vamp her marriage! #GOALS!
My favorite exercise
I love them all, but probably glute bridges!
My training philosophy
"The best nutrition plan for YOU is one that you feel like you could do every day for the rest of your life"

I've been training and coaching for over 5 years and I specialize in working with women on their nutrition and behavior change!
