Since 2021, I have helped clients—from student-athletes to adults 55+—build strength, move better, and reach their full potential through customized performance, corrective, and weight-loss programs. As a former collegiate basketball player and experienced strength coach, I’ve trained over 25 collegiate athletes and helped countless individuals improve performance, confidence, and overall fitness.
