Danielle has been a fitness professional since 2009. She was a boot camp instructor, Les Mills instructor and kickboxing instructor at health clubs throughout PA and VA.
Danielle is an RRCA Certified Running Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She coaches athletes of all skill level; whether you are training for your first 5K or working on a marathon PR. She is experienced in working with Military athletes and their APFT standards. Danielle has helped hundreds achieve their weight loss goals through lifestyle change and creating healthy habits. Not every athlete is the same and she approaches every athlete's training plan with their end goals in mind.
Danielle is a well rounded athlete skilled in mid and long distance running. She is an active member of the Crossfit community and enjoys incorporating functional fitness into her training regime. Since taking up long distance running she has completed 12 marathons with a PB of 3:49. Danielle has completed over 20 half marathons, numerous short distances (10K and 5Ks), awarded age group awards and dabbled with triathlons & duathlons. Danielle loves health & fitness and is passionate about others achieving their goals one step at a time.
