About Eva

My journey into health and wellness began as a lifelong athlete. Growing up, sports were my passion, and I eventually became a collegiate track and field athlete specializing in high jump. During that time, I earned three championship titles and discovered how deeply physical fitness, discipline, and mental resilience are intertwined.

After college, my love for fitness naturally evolved into a passion for coaching. I realized I wanted to help others unlock their full potential—both in the gym and in all aspects of their health. This led me to become a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and health and wellness coach, where I’ve had the privilege of working with people at every stage of their fitness journey.

As my coaching evolved, so did my philosophy. I take a holistic approach that goes beyond exercise, focusing on movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mindset as interconnected elements of overall well-being. This mindset shift allows my clients to create lasting, sustainable changes in their lives.

Through my journey, I've also developed a deep appreciation for community—something I first experienced through CrossFit. This passion brought me to Austin, Texas, where I was fortunate to join CrossFit Central under the leadership of Jeremy Thiel. His belief in my potential has been transformative, both professionally and personally. Being part of this incredible community has further fueled my love for fitness and reinforced my commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Today, I’m focused on empowering individuals to reach their goals by blending my passion for fitness, community, and holistic health. Whether through personalized training programs, behavior change strategies, or simply helping someone unlock their true potential, I’m dedicated to making health and wellness a lifelong, transformative journey for everyone I work with.
