About Kyle

Hi there! I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who studied and graduated with National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also certified in CPR / AED through American Red Cross Society. Mental and physical health have always been a passion of mine since I was just a teen! I live to inspire others to challenge themselves and create incredible lives for them and others around them. I am currently employed by Mark Wahlberg's F45 as a head group fitness instructor. I have trained clients from all walks of life. My clients range from overweight / obese, to active athletes, to newcomers to the fitness world, to everyday people who just simply want to improve their posture, confidence, and lower their blood pressure. I specialize in weight loss, posture improvement, HIIT, mobility and flexibility, hypertrophy training, and body transformations! Being a former Power Lifter myself I know how to gain muscle quick, and also lose weight quickly due to my former MMA training. I am also very disciplined and dedicated to my clients 24 / 7 with a greater knowledge regarding nutrition and mental health. I pride myself on a personable personality, and as well I love to make my clients smile or laugh any chance I can get. I believe exercise should be and is fun! My favorite exercise

Squat to press! It's a great dynamic and full body workout engaging the legs, core, and upper body strength! An intense workout for intense calories burned!

My training experience

I have 3 years of experience both in and out of the gym. I have worked and am still working for the most elite group training gyms there is in the US. I love what I do, and it will always show with my clients!
