Strong mind + Strong body = Resilience
This is the outcome I strive for in every client engagement.
I help my individual clients strive for a sound mind (I'm a certified brain coach) and a sound body (I hold several certifications from NASM) with the ultimate goal of optimal health and performance. Everyone achieves this in a different way and I customize this journey for everyone I work with.
Stress is your brain's biggest enemy, and working out helps combat stress and will actually help grow certain areas of your brain.
I love being able to help people get the most out of their workouts. So many times people think they are doing the right thing, but are in fact doing more harm than good. My strength is to customize workouts for clients that fit their goals and lifestyle.
I also realize that people have specific issues that they want help with (e.g. back, shoulder, knee pain) and I provide corrective exercises that will help alleviate them.
My favorite exercise
Body weight squats. Very simple but effective exercise that can be performed anywhere.
My training philosophy
Training isn't always easy, so I try to make it as enjoyable as possible while helping the client work toward their goals.
My training experience
During the course of my workout experiences I noticed how many people didn’t really have a good idea of how to achieve their exercise goals (if they even had a goal). I feel that if nothing else, I provide my clients with tips on healthier habits and how to work out on days when they really don’t feel like it.
