My work stands out from others because I take the time to find out what your goals are and design a plan specifically for you. You can't get that kind of attention In large groups or boot camps. I love being able to help people get the most out of their workouts. So many times people think they are doing the right thing, but are in fact doing more harm than good. My strength is to customize workouts for clients that fit their goals and lifestyle.
My favorite exercise
Body weight squats. Very simple but effective exercise that can be performed anywhere.

Training isn't always easy, so I try to make it as enjoyable as possible while helping the client work toward their goals.
My training experience
During the course of my workout experiences I noticed how many people didn’t really have a good idea of how to achieve their exercise goals (if they even had a goal). I feel that if nothing else, I provide my clients with tips on healthier habits and how to work out on days when they really don’t feel like it.
