Expect to go through an extensive dynamic warmup, movement(jumps, sprints, medicine ball throws) training, strength training, and will finish up with a recovery protocol to help with previous injury sites.
To help my athletes or clients attain the highest level of movement mastery through using training means and methodologies that achieve the highest reward with the least cost to increase the speed, strength, and suppleness of my athletes or clients.
My favorite exercise
If I would stick to only weight room exercises it would be the box squat because it's an easy movement to teach as well as builds the hips, glutes, hamstrings, and low back to prevent injury.

One of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever met. He is a master at his craft and is able to not only tap into to the physical aspect of your maximal pontential but is able to break you and build up your mentality for optimal results. He is always up to date with new studies and new techniques and goes above and beyond for every trainee. He doesn’t just train you personally like he would everyone, he specifically takes the time to build a program for you and only you. Nothing about his sessions are generic. It is extremely hard to find a trainer and coach like him, almost impossible. Highly recommend.
