About Nicole

Hey! My name is Nicole! I have been a personal trainer since Valentines Day 2019.

I started getting interested in fitness, nutrition, health, wellness, yoga, mindfullness, meditation, weightlifting (and so much more) in 2016...

My son was born in 2013 via emergency c-section. In the next couple of years I found myself extremely sick, overweight, slow, weak & feeling trapped in my body. I spent several years educating myself on functional movement, nutrition, medicine. I personally worked with a trainer to learn some fundamentals and get comfortable in the gym.

I started doing 3 hours of yoga a week. I prepared a paleo (and auto immune paleo) diet for me and my family for two years. I had lost some 70lbs in that time.

Then I found the magic of the Powerplate. Powerplate is a brand name for whole body vibration training also known as WBV. WBV utilizes a platform that vibrates in all three planes. These vibrations make warm-ups/workouts/recovery more efficient & effective. Any exercise that can be performed on the floor can be done on the powerplate - taking muscle activation from 55% to 95%! Just sitting or standing on the plate creates an average of 35 involuntary muscle contractions per SECOND! With a year and a half further training - now incorporating powerplate - I lost an additional 60lbs for a total of 130lbs.

I fell so in love with movement and food along the way... but it wasn't easy.I know how hard it could be to change nearly everything about your life.

I knew deeply and without a doubt I wanted to help other people change their lives and achieve their goal.

I completed my certification in Personal Training in February of 2019 with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and began working as a Fitness Professional immediately after.


 I enjoy customizing programs for the specific needs of each individual client.
