About Marlee

Hi, my name is Marlee, I’m an ACSM certified exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Wellness. My focus is building personalized exercise programs that give clients a clear path towards their goals. I am passionate about how the mind and body work together, and how exercise can be used as a tool to improve the health of both.

My interest in fitness started when I was a freshman in high school running cross country. Long distance running taught me a lot about pushing my own limits, helped me build confidence, and provided me a great deal of relief from difficult emotions. My experience with this sport sparked my interest in how exercise infuences overall wellbeing and lead me to pursue an education in fitness/wellness. As I studied physiology, I discovered how different training styles can all support each other. For example, strength training helped support injury prevention in my running, and yoga helped improve my alignment while lifting. To me fitness is all about how exercise can help you feel great in your body, in day-to-day life and while participating in the activities you love.
