I am so excited that you are reading this short biography on me, your potential new coach. I was previously in law-enforcement. I was also a competitive, Biathlete, and I am now transitioning into the sport of Tactical Games. I love CrossFit and strength training. My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise always consists of some type of mono-structural cardio machine. These include Concept Ski-Ergs, Rowers, Bike Ergs, and Echo Assault Bikes. If you can master these, you can certainly build a strong engine!

My training experience

After dedicating 14 years to federal law enforcement (being on the front lines of our country), I transitioned into competitive biathlon (the Winter Olympic Sport of Cross Country Skiing and Marksman Shooting). I aspired for a professional career in biathlon; however, my journey took an unexpected turn when I contracted Covid Pneomonia in late 2021, leading to hospitalization and a reevaluation of my path.

Determined to continue pursuing my passion for fitness and helping others, I enrolled in an intensive athletic curriculum with the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy (AFNA). Graduating at the top of my class, I then became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. With a wealth of experience from high-level training and racing and comprehensive education, I now stand ready to guide and empower YOU in achieving your fitness goals!

Naomi trained me for 6 weeks online to get me ready for my first 5k. Even though I was struggling with a bad ankle she was patient with me and taught me all about hitting my Zone 2. This allowed me to run at a good pace while hitting my distance and fat burning zone. She is a great trainer with tons of experience, good feedback to keep you on track, and positive reinforcement.
