I have been a dedicated student and mentor of fitness and nutrition for over two decades. In this time I have lead Marines in physical conditioning as a squad leader in the United States Marine Corps, earned black belt rank in two martial arts systems and practiced three others, and volunteered as an instructor to children and adults. I’m endlessly learning about all things health and fitness and how to apply my knowledge in support of others.
People are my passion. I like to find out why people are motivated to work toward a better quality of life. My strength is finding this motivation and turning it into results for you.

I've been working with Mark on and off for a few years. I have worked with other trainers before and one of the most common issues is their attention to detail. Most trainers seem to take you through exercises that aren't necessarily good for your specific needs and capabilities. Mark is very present at all times, paying close attention to form to prevent injuries. I feel like I can trust him to provide exercises that challenge me but that I also can handle. Mark is professional and focused! He is also very curious and attentive to your lifestyle and nutrition and how that impacts your results. I have noticed continued improvements in my strength and muscle tone since working with Mark. I also love that Mark customizes workouts for the road as I travel.
