About Oliver
I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer based in Denver, CO, working with athletes, active adults, and anyone ready to take their health seriously.
I've been in this field for over five years, but my passion for training started much earlier. Growing up, my own medical history pushed me to take control of my health, and what I experienced in the gym changed my life in ways I didn't expect. Helping others feel the same shift is what drives me every day.
What sets me apart is simple: I actually care about the people I work with. I take time to understand your history, your goals, and what's held you back. Then I build something that fits you. I train clients in person at Club Form in Downtown Denver, and also work with remote clients who want that same level of coaching from anywhere.
My favorite client story
This is her review: I (43F) had been having major lumbar spine/disc issues. I finally realized that surgery was necessary and went ahead and scheduled it. It was a few months away, so I hired Ollie to help build some strength in the meantime so my recovery would be easier. I could barely move during my first few sessions, but he was able to assess what my issues were. Within the first month of working with him, my pain had drastically improved. Thanks to Ollie, I’ve built up more strength than I thought was possible and have been able to manage my pain/symptoms and cancel the surgery. It might be dramatic, but he saved me from spine surgery, so I say he basically saved my life!
My training philosophy
Training is one of the best tools you have for building a stronger, healthier life, but only if it's done in a way that your body can sustain. I believe movement quality comes first. When you move well, you get stronger faster, you stay out of pain, and you build confidence that carries over into everything you do.
My job isn't to put you through the hardest workout possible. It's to meet you where you are, build a foundation that lasts, and help you become a more capable version of yourself.
My training experience
I've been coaching clients for over five years, working with a wide range of people — competitive athletes, people returning from injury, beginners, and everyone in between. I hold my NASM-CPT certification and bring a detail-oriented approach to every session, with a particular focus on movement quality and pain-free training.
My own health journey is what brought me to this work, and it's what keeps me passionate about it. I've seen firsthand how the right kind of training changes people, not just physically, but in how they carry themselves and how they feel day to day.
