My favorite exercise
Deadlifts. It doesn't matter if it's on two legs or one, with barbells or kettlebells, it's the rawest, most bang-for-your-buck exercise there is.

Training is a lot more than picking things up and putting them down. It allows us to get to know the real version of ourselves by challenging us both physically and mentally. Through success and failure, we learn what makes us tick and we slowly become stronger, better versions of ourselves.
