About Annie
Hi!
My name is Annie Cooper and I have been a trainer for 7 years. I am a former D1 track and field athlete and have competed in several bikini/fitness competitions. I specialize in body transformations, endurance training, strength training, muscle gain, overall health and movement, running, and much more.
My main focus is for you to enjoy the workouts you do and our sessions, and for me not to waste your time. There are a million different ways to workout and structure a workout. I want you to enjoy it, or else you will not want to stick to it.
I do both 30 minute and 1 hour sessions. We move quick during the sessions, so keep that in mind!
