I care about my clients, and there's nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy.

I have had the privilege of training with Chela on several occasions. She is a very nice and sweet person and still has the ability to push me to become a better runner. She is knowledgeable and has given me great advice which I have carried over into a better and stronger runner. In fact, I am injured (permanently) with a bad knee and because of her training I can run farther and stronger and have become strong enough that I dont use my brace anymore. This is something I never thought would be possible -- I was injured in an accident 20 years ago and started with Chela 1 year ago.
Chela is patient, smart, and a great motivator! She is a certified trainer and keeps up on her profession. A pleasure to work with, and a great athlete.
I was sitting at home watching tv shows and movies due to the pandemic and Chela encouraged me to start with two running pieces of training per week. Little by little, I was able to run for longer than one minute at a time and further than 1k per day. I could never dream of taking part in a 5k race before, which I finished in 39 minutes after just 3 months of training. If you need the constant motivation to move, train with Chela.
Really feels like working with someone. Just had my second session with Chela, the first was more of a review of where I'm coming from, her process and setting some priorities and a baseline. She really took the time to understand where I am at *right* now and it showed in our 2nd session because everything was yes challenging but feasible and designed around my capabilities/limits. When I struggled she even adjusted the plan on the fly - breaking up one exercise into 5 reps at a time instead of ten to let me rest my wrist. I'm excited to continue working with her bc with Chela it doesn't feel like something I *can't* do.
