I graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and am currently attending graduate school at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in pursuit of my doctorate degree in physical therapy.
My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. That’s really it. Everybody is different and every body is different, so my personalized fitness programs are catered to each of my client’s individual needs.
Fitness to me isn't just about building muscle and looking nice, it's about building confidence, a personality, and life-long relationships with people who want to better themselves. Surrounding myself with positive people has really helped me better my life, both physically and mentally. When I'm not in the gym, working, or studying, you can find me out with my friends grabbing a drink or a bite to eat. It's all about balance!

I have been working with Mike for a few months now & he is fantastic! I have lost 23 pounds on the 12 week online personal training program. Michelangelo is professional and helpful whenever I find myself needing a little extra assistance. When I lacked the motivation he was always there to hold me accountable. I came into this very nervous & unsure of how this program would fit into my lifestyle, but I can now say it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I told Mike initially that I didn’t think I was capable of losing weight after many failed attempts. Mike doesn’t leave that as an option. He laid out a proven plan for me that he told me he was certain would work and allow me to achieve the goals I wanted to achieve. After 6 weeks I am 15 pounds lighter and now have the piece of mind that I can accomplish my fitness and health goals!
I’ve been working with Mike at Gerardi Performance for a few months now and I haven’t looked or felt this good about myself in a long time. I wanted to tone my body with a focus on my glutes and Mike helped me do just that. I’ve seen amazing results that I never thought was possible. He’s really knowledgeable and always pushes me in a super supportive and motivational way. I’ve learned a lot from Mike. He’s made Mondays my new favorite day of the week because of our workout!
