I have been in the gym my whole life.  Started playing soccer and was a professional lifeguard when I was young.  I have always loved and been dedicated to a fitness lifestyle.  I have studied and learned so much over the years and I would love to share that with you.  I recommend at least 3 one-hour sessions with me and then you train on your own a minimum of 2 times per week.  During our sessions I will train you hard and be prepared to sweat!  I always switch up exercises so you will never get bored.  I will not waste your time talking a whole bunch because I want to give you the full hour.  When we aren’t together, I will provide you with an exercise plan and diet recommendations.  I would be available anytime by text if you ever have any questions.  I’d love the opportunity to be your trainer.  Please check out my profile and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.  I have a gym membership I bring you along with me.  I can also set up sessions on the beach or in a park.  We will mix it up!  I promise I will help you reach your goals or even better! ????
