Hello, my name is Virbens Lahens. I am a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise.
I specialize in strength training, weight loss coaching, and athletic conditioning.
I became a trainer because I felt that it would allow me to empower others through physical fitness. Like many people I once struggled with my weight and I was desperate for change; once I accomplished that goal, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. Physical fitness is something much deeper than simple aesthetic appeal; it's about quality of life, self empowerment, and the ability to inspire others around you to grow with you.
If you're looking to push yourself and reach goals you once thought impossible, I am the trainer for you. I won't pretend like this journey is easy, fun, or short but I promise once you make it to the end your life will change.

Before meeting Virbens, I honestly had little to no knowledge about weight training.
