About Virbens
Hello, my name is Virbens Lahens (you may call me V for short) and I am a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise.
I've been a personal trainer for a decade, and I specialize in strength training, weight loss coaching, and athletic conditioning.
In my time as a trainer I've gained experience with clients of many different age groups, cultures, and personalities. If you choose to work with me, we'll collaborate to create a training program which is effective and specific to your goals. We'll take measurements, and chart the progress over time so you can see change beyond what you see in the mirror or on the bar. Everything you need to succeed is already within you; I'm just here to help.

My training experience
I have trained as a powerlifter for the past 6 years. I compete in competitions sanctioned by the USAPL in hopes of qualifying for nationals, and then competing at the highest level. Overall, I've been exercising in at least some capacity over the past 12 years.
