Hi guys! I've been a trainer for a little over 9 years now and I absolutely love it! I love helping my clients achieve their best self in the simplest and most realistic way possible! I became a trainer mainly because I wanted to learn how to train myself and shortly after getting my certification I fell in love with teaching others how to accomplish their goals. Every program is customized for the clients needs and includes your macro nutrition. I've worked with clients with different goals including body building, weight loss, muscle gain, toning, shoulder injuries, bad knees, posture and corrective exercise.
