Recovering from surgery to repair a basketball-related ruptured Achilles tendon, I needed a plan to get back on the court. Jessica designed an efficient high-octane training program to safely rebuild my strength and conditioning. Combining strength, cardio and stretching exercises paired with nutritional education, I returned to the basketball court sooner and stronger than ever. My gym has several highly qualified trainers to work with and I choose to train with Jessica.
I have worked with Jessica for 2 years. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Jessica will lead you every step of the way. Jessica is an outstanding master of her craft; incredibly passionate about fitness; bright and warm with a personality that oozes energy and enthusiasm. Jessica has the most easy going, friendly personality. In every work out session she creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in which she makes each workout challenging and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. When I started with Jessica I was 70 pounds overweight and rheumatoid arthritis was so bad I could not hold a 3 pound weight. Through her consistent and positive feedback combined with her creative and diverse training methods she retrained my attitude and taught me how to train my body. She motivated me to push past my perceived limits to get results. Jessica's exercise routines were always customized to meet my needs, updated as my abilities increased and always challenging, but never more than I could handle. Because of her efforts I have had amazing results. I have lost 70 pound, have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got great new muscles. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Through Jessica I discovered a new healthier lifestyle and more importantly, and more importantly working out has become fun.
