My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the Squat because of its great overall health benefits from building muscle, improve balance, flexibility and strengthening bone and connective tissue. There is no better exercise to help reduce the risk of bone fractured later in life.

My training experience

It takes 21 days to develop a new habit. From Day 1, I provide you with the tools you need to make reaching your fitness goals a reality. You will receive my eBook that gives you a 21 day meal plan, including all the recipes and additional exercises that you can do at home on the days we do not train together. In addition, my eBook discusses, in plain English, how your body works in regards to exercise and nutrition. Plus, you also receive a printed copy of my 12 Week Daily Journal to track your nutrition and exercise everyday, which will reinforce everything that I will be teaching you. If you are looking for a boot camp, group training or enjoy the big gym experience, I may not be the trainer for you. But, if you are seeking individualized one on one personal training, where you are the only person in the studio getting unparalleled support with no sales pressure, please try me out.
