I have been a trainer for 11 years. I got interested in Fitness and the gym when I was on the track team at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. I entered the work force and realized that my passion was not sitting in an office. I decided to get my certification as a trainer and my career as a trainer started. I have learned over the years that it is about listening carefully and finding solutions for clients. Anybody can do exercises, the key is to create a customized solution to individuals after carefully listening to them. And being creative in exercise selection because there is always a need to modify an exercise depending on individual needs. Training is a smart choice and it should be encouraging. Motivational, and fun.
