I have had a strong love of fitness since I was very young. Since becoming a trainer I have been able to train all kinds of individuals I am passionate about helping. I truly enjoy helping older women overcome their limitations, whether it be some kind of health issue or simply wanting to live daily life easier. I am very passionate about helping pregnant and postnatal women get their bodies to a place where they feel strong and comfortable. And for those women who struggle with weight issues, I love figuring out a routine and plan to shed those pounds. I believe in pushing people to do their absolute best, in a way that is safe and filled with progress. It is extremely important to build a strong foundation in order to move forward to the truly progressive stages of fitness.
