About Madeline

Hello! I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, focusing on body recomposition, strength building, injury prevention, and general health/longevity. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including both men and women with either aesthetic goals (fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition), training based goals (lift a certain weight, learn more about weight lifting and programming, cardiovascular goal), or both simultaneously! I can help you reach your goals, whether they are on a strict timeline (i.e. upcoming wedding), or whether you are just trying to transform into a more healthy future version of you!

Over the course of my 10+ year journey (and counting) towards my healthier future version of myself, I have been able to create for myself through trial, error, and a ton of research, a lifestyle which includes healthy balanced nutrition and a reasonable and fun workout regimen. My mission is to provide you with the insights I’ve gained over the years, and eliminate the need for your own personal trial and error!

Our relationship will begin with an entirely free assessment of your current fitness status, during which I will gain an understanding of any experience you already have, what your current fitness level is, and if you have any injuries (whether past or present) that we should be cognizant of. Then, I will build out a workout that we will do during our first session together. During that session, we will both get a feel for whether our personalities and styles jive, which is a very underrated aspect of hiring a personal trainer that you should consider! From there, we can continue in a number of different ways, which include an in-person or virtual personal training sessions (with the option to bundle), a regimen that you can do without sessions, or a combination of both! I also provide nutrition coaching to accompany our workout regimen for maximum results.
