Speaking from experience, I also know this to be true. <br /><br />I noticed when I became a fitness professional, that I focused so much on form and also wonder why and how my clients moved the way they did, that was clear that he/she had a dysfunctional movement pattern. Fat lose and looking physically fit is great and all and you may feel great, but how do your joints and stability musculature feel? Does your entire core feel secure? Some people would say they feel fine, but what is normal to you, may not be normal and what I mean by that is, is it a correct functional pattern you move through?
